Noureen is born in New York City on 28 February 1984. Her entire life she showed a deal of interest in being a professional actor. It was the School of the Arts of Boston University was where she began to lay the foundations of the rest of her professional acting. Her career started after she graduated. She started auditioning for various roles. She was cast in 2005. got her first role in an important role for an upcoming film titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various film festivals around the world after its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival 2005. It also won the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 Academy Awards, and set the path for Noureen DeWulf's successful future. Her fame grew in 1999, when her role on American Beauty gained worldwide recognition. The film she starred in was Ghost World (2001), one of the most acclaimed films that won her a Golden Globe.
